Starrs died after he lost control of his motorcycle on a connector ramp between Interstate Highway 80 and U.S Highway 101 at about 12:30 a.m a few days ago. According to the Cali. Highway Patrol, Starrs was ejected from the bike and thrown from the freeway onto the surface below.
